The name Beider is deeply rooted in my family history. It was the family name of my great-grandfather, David Beider, who endured the loss of nearly his entire family during the Holocaust. By choosing this name for my business, I honor his survival, his resilience, and his legacy.

BeidPrep: A Practical Bridge to Open-Source FEA

I don’t just provide analysis; I build the tools to make it better. I developed BeidPrep, a free, straightforward pre-processor for OpenRadioss.

The goal is simple: to remove the "text-editor headache" of open-source simulation. BeidPrep provides a visual, GUI-driven workflow that helps engineers set up models accurately without the complexity of manual card editing. It’s a practical tool I designed to make professional-grade, open-source FEA more accessible to everyone.

I am a Mechanical Engineer and FEA Analyst based in Israel with over 11 years of industry experience. I hold an M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Tel Aviv University, where my research focused on the crash analysis of spinal cord trauma.

This foundation in biomechanical safety, where simulation is a matter of life and death informs the rigorous approach I bring to every industrial project. My experience spans several demanding engineering sectors:
